The full box compression testing machine is a multifunctional standard carton quality testing equipment developed by our company. It is mainly used for the compressive strength test of various medium and conventional size corrugated cartons or the compressive strength of other materials is less than 50KN (5000kgf). Full-box compressive strength testing and testing of packaging containers, such as food and beverage, instant noodle packaging, cosmetic box packaging, beer packaging, grain and oil packaging and other small carton color boxes, medium-sized cartons, large cartons, honeycomb cartons and other paper products. This instrument has high control precision and advanced development technology. It is the most cost-effective general-purpose carton compression testing machine in China.
The compression testing machine has the functions of various parameter testing, display, memory, statistics, printing, and real-time display of compression curves included in the standard. It has the function of data processing, and can directly obtain the statistical results of various data. It has automatic reset and Fault diagnosis function, easy to operate.

1. Stacking strength test function--used to test that the sample is pressurized to the preset pressure in the simulated packaging warehouse and maintained. During the whole test process, the testing machine repeatedly adjusts the pressure in this way to ensure that the pressure fluctuation does not exceed the specified range , until the specified stacking test time is reached. When the total deformation of the sample under compression reaches 100 mm, the testing machine automatically terminates the test.

2. Fixed distance and fixed force test function - used to measure the limit compressive strength of samples with high-grade special requirements. The upper platen of the testing machine moves downward at the set speed, exerts pressure on the sample after touching the sample, and measures the pressure value received by the sample at the same time, and measures the deformation of the sample when the pressure value reaches 220N. When the sample result reaches the preset pressing distance or pressure, the pressing force value and the compression deformation of the sample will be automatically recorded.
 

3.Compressive strength test function - used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the sample. The upper platen of the testing machine moves downward at the set speed, exerts pressure on the sample after touching the sample, and measures the pressure value of the sample at the same time, and measures the deformation of the sample from the moment the pressure value reaches the preset value. After the sample is crushed, the testing machine will automatically record the peak pressure and the compression deformation of the sample.
