| principle | Place the cleaned surface sample on a turntable and clamp it, with the test facing upwards. Adjust the ruler lifting mechanism so that the tip of the diamond scribe touches the specimen and the upper edge of the ruler is level. Move the weight to the required test force position and tighten the nut behind the weight to start the test. If the test piece needs to undergo a second test, the scale radius adjustment mechanism can be adjusted. After changing the test radius, the second test can be conducted. This machine is driven by a synchronous motor to rotate the test piece, and the button on the control panel controls the test. |
